Go to Settings > iCloud Backup and tap “Back Up Now”. Your encrypted backup is stored in your personal iCloud container. You can also enable automatic backups on a daily or weekly schedule.
Delete the app to remove all local data. For iCloud data, go to iOS Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage > Memories and delete it.
