Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using Memories (“the App”), developed by Anurag Tiwari (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Memories, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Memories is a photo vault and organizer that allows you to import, browse, encrypt, and protect photos on your iPhone. The App provides on-device encryption, privacy features (including decoy mode, app lock, and intruder detection), and optional iCloud backup using your personal iCloud account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using Memories, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You retain all ownership rights to the photos, videos, and other content you import into Memories. We do not claim any ownership or license to your content. Your content is stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud backup, in your personal iCloud container. We do not have access to your content at any time.
Memories offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (“Memories+”) that unlock premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Memories provides AES-256-GCM encryption for photos stored within the App. While we use industry-standard encryption methods, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passcode and for all activity that occurs under your access credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your device.
The decoy mode and intruder detection features are provided for personal privacy protection. The intruder detection feature captures a photo using the front-facing camera when an incorrect passcode is entered. You are responsible for ensuring your use of these features complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including privacy and surveillance laws.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, photos, or content arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your photos and data. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, iCloud issues, or any other cause. We strongly recommend keeping original copies of your photos outside the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
